Orders are processed within 24-72 hours. The estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows

We apologize that you received a damaged item. In this rare case please send a photo of the damaged product to support@mistea.cc with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 15 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.
Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items.
